It's actually a very old rule... in fact, the original
thread is over 100 weeks old! It's also not very clear in the policy; the
are several sites that MT does not allow in the galleries including
BeTruetoYourMind, APA and Aethereality (or however it's spelled) that should be
more explicitly stated (ie in multiple places, perhaps in big bold font). I'm
going to raise the topic with the mods so hopefully there will be less confusion
in the future
As Tama-Neko has said, scans from APA are not allowed in MiniTokyo. Make sure
you do not post any more from there.
