I don't really get what you mean ^_^ In the feature board, there is no division between new or old wallers. I only choose the work that is good in effect and in quality to be feature in CW. So even for a newbie, if he/she made out a wonderful wall then of course it will be featured to CW ^_^ and the same to old one, if their new wallies are not good, of course it won't be even added to the group gallery, how can they ask to be featured then ?

So don't worry much about that ^_^ The only problem now is that did everyone try their best in each wallies? And is there really someone that can give them good advice for their wallies, sothat they can fulfill their skill? If you really care about them then surely give them the best advice you can ^_^

So hope that everyone can help me in giving more and more advices to them ^_^ Sure it is the best realistic way for them to reach their targets ^_^
