the only 2 things i might say not too nice about it is there are too many stars
(maybe too much the same thing... there are tons of star brushes out there,
maybe you should try different one... but it's your choice) and the character is
too lighted compared to the rest, maybe duplicating it and setting the top one
on overlay or something while the one uder you put some gaussian blur on it
could have been better.
but in all, you've done some marvelous progress Rhonda keep it
up!

completely agree with you on the stars. I was in a rush to finish it and I
really should have tried to do better even though I was short on time. I'm glad
you think it still looks nice. And I did do the overlay and gaussian blur with
the scan because it was even brighter and lighter before. Maybe I should have
done it again of something because I also think she looks to bright for the
background.
And THANK YOU SO SO VERY VERY MUCH for the good luck because I'm pretty sure I'm
