First, you should take a pic you want to vector and resize it to a size you want and then if you want outlinement (which would be easier) then that should be the top layer (below the original pic 'course) and then you just make lower layers to color it...getz mu?

Juz the same with submitting wallie
Peo u hav to click 'Submit Indy Art'...
and then choose the anime category where you'll submit your vector..
Tapos bibigyan ka ng three choices whether it's an abstract art, doujinshi or vector art piliin mu ung 'vector art' *smiles* getz mu? Baka kasi magulo ung explain ku eh..hehehe..
