you might also want to throw in a </CENTER> after that if you don't want your guestbook posts to centered.

well, for the userpage, I followed this tutorial:

for the content, I have a website. I do everything there and then there's an option that turns the content into HTML code and I just copy and paste the code here. The blinking stars are just a background that I used when I was writing the content and stuff.

for the avatar, I capture the frames with a program called - Virtual Dub - and then I upload the images to Adobe Image Ready.

Well, more specific info tell me^^ I'll try and help you the best way I can =P
