It's funny, you mentioned drawing. I actually find it very hard to draw when I'm pissed or depressed. But if I can force myself to get into it, it actually calms me and takes my mind off other things. I guess it has something to do with the joy in creating something. So I will add:

4. Make something. Anything. Even if it is just cookies. So you can look back and admire your handiwork.

It would have helped if you posted the link, but nevermind, I'll fish for it. Just to clear things up, the automated message is a really general message that gets sent to the member if an item gets deleted from their gallery. Often, it can be wrong, or otherwise, it can be pretty spot on.

Your doujinshi was deleted for a really good reason: YOU DID NOT WRITE A DESCRIPTION! You wrote "~~" which is clearly insufficient and does not even suggest that you did the drawing. When people don't write descriptions, it can be considered as a potential rip even if we know it isn't. We require every gallery item to have a sufficient description which clearly show us that it is your own work. It's always good to write something there anyway. If there isn't something decent written, we go and delete it. If you would like it restored, just post your new description through PM or guestbook to me, and I'll happily restore it for you. ^^
