The reasons I got for why they were deleted was because they were too simple,
low effort etc. I worked really hard to get them just right and I would just
like to know why they were deleted and work to make them good enough to put
back.
On behalf of the moderators of MiniTokyo, I would like to apologise for the
extreme lateness of the response.
I will try my best to give you a reason why each of the walls were deleted.
Please be aware that I wasn't the one who deleted them in the first place, so I
have no idea what the exact reason was.
For your first wall, it shows 'lack of effort' as what you have done is add
lightning effects on top of a stock photo. There isn't much else work done in
the wall and the extraction may need some editing in certain places.
For the second wall, I would say the similar thing as the first item. You have
only added a couple of effects on a b&w bg. Your choice of font isn't very
good as it looks as if it's poor quality (due to the jagged edges, it looks as
it has been extracted) rather than the actual font having jagged edges. The use
of yellow brushes as means of an outer glow could also use more work as it
doesn't go very well with the rest of the wall.
Third wallpaper - I assume it was deleted because it seemed like a
"brush-whore". It seems fine to me so I will restore this
one.
The 4th wall - the quality of scans is poor. Both are blurry and a bit grainy
suggesting that you did not clean them. The bg doesn't go very well with the
wall and you've only added an effect on a monotone bg. MT requires artwork to
show more thought put into it. Also, this wall could be considered a
"filter-whore" in a way.
THe last one *phew* - scan quality is very poor. It's very blurry and using
brushes as if they are snows just add to making the scan look worse. Bg also
needs more work done.
I would suggest you use the Sandbox Forum for walls since
they can never be deleted unless they show pornographic/mature content.
I hope that's sufficient enough answer for the deletions. If you have further
