Quote by xangeha, i hardly have time to think something for myself, before i find myself doing something else for my own boss...get it? i dont have a life. I'm always busting my ass working...i forgot, since when did my friends got so bitchy?...that only remainds me of myself ^^ too bad cause im burned out to think of a way to ask you a proper question. well see ya, peace.

please excuse my rash behavior, ive also been under a lot of stress busting my ass working. ill just fill you in on a little of what's been going on, cause you're probably under more pressure from the sound of it, so too much info will kill ya.

It's been a hectic few months, changing living places, moving around stuff, working 10 hour days, even saturdays, and trying to keep friends and relationships together. I bet you sometimes feel like breaking down with all the running around for your boss, I do anyway, but not cause of that. It's either you get along with your boss or you get out, cause we live in a state where you can get fired for NO reason.

Uhm, I haven't had much time to myself to draw, or play an instrument, or anything really. I'm thinking of just quiting and doing the things I enjoy cause all this EXTRA stress that I haven't mentioned is causing my body to fail in various ways. At least I don't have ulcers or anything too major yet, but it will breakdown eventually under too much pressures of life.

Anywayz, I hope you're doing better than last time, relax more... have more fun, life is about that stuff too.

News! There's been a downsizing in my job and I've been fired, time to look for another job ^^ talk later

You defenetly need to quit, but before that make sure you find yourself another job, that offers you a better quality of life. My case is very similar to yours, always running around behind my bosses ass. I took this job cause I needed experience of at least a year, and I need the money to help mom. But I'm gonna be checking a place to move from Puerto Rico to Boston somewhere near NY. Well hope things smoothen a little for you *hugs*

You know that studying the night before helps, or a few nights before. When you sleep, the answers are stored in long term memory. That's when the brain organizes information and if you re-read the next day, you can solidify your knowledge much better than just studying 10 minutes before an exam. The way that works for me is to study days before and then having a study session 2 hours before the exam. Then, I just listen to music and don't talk to anyone really, I relax my mind, don't try to use it what so ever except to enjoy something like music ^_^

hope that helps

Hiya! :)
Thanks for participating in my thread 'How to revise'

Are you sick again, Jajin?
If you are, hope you feel better soon.

Quote by eXDream2K5See a doctor first. I also get migraines (unfortunately, it's genetic, and I got the gene from both parents), and your normal store-bought painkillers don't work. Even Exedrin ( sp? ) doesn't work. Tell your doctor about this headache, and you may have to go for an MRI or a CT-scan.

Natural methods: close the blinds/curtains, don't drink ANYTHING with caffeine -- coffee, soda, tea -- turn off the TV or stereo and go to sleep. Sitting in front of the computer only makes it worse.

Your headache sounds more like a sinus or a tension headache, especially if you've been sick and you've been working very hard. I get both of those kinds of headaches, and sometimes they feel like migraines if they're left untreated.

Medicine is the best way to go, but see a doctor first. Ask about different medicines, and if you end up with a perscription, obey the instructions to the letter. The medicine I take, Midrin, is potent stuff, and I'm supposed to take 2 of the giant horse tablets (they're that big, I swear) when I feel a migraine coming on, and every 4 hours afterward I take one, but I cannot have more than 6 in a period of 24 hours. If the migraine isn't gone by then I sleep it off. It works, at least.

Here are some questions:

Does it feel like someone is squeezing your head with a vice?
Are you sensitive to light, sounds and smells?
Do you feel nauseated?
Does it feel like it takes everything out of you when you move?
Does it hurt to move?

Good luck, and I hope your headache goes away.

thank you for the long reply, ive been drinking orange juice and water the whole time at work, yes im at work, why, god knows... but im here..

I woke up with it feeling like my head was in a vice, but it fluctuated throughout the day, getting worse, then better. I'm not too sensitive to light cause what I do is basically don't think of anything except an invisible force my body emits toward the sky, keeping most the pain at bay until I lose focus. It's weird isn't it, but I did it out of instinct. I woke up feeling dizzy and nauseated, the idea of a pill even seemed so horrible. When I move, I move slowly, cause it zaps my energy and it hurts to move fast. But drinking water and not doing much work helped, it's a slow day here at the office. I have a fun job in insurance, lol, I sell it... it's going to kill me one day cause I'm not too in tune with my body, I push it too hard sometimes. ^_^

You've got 'em. You should still see a doctor and probably get a perscription. I don't like taking my medicine -- it makes me nauseous after I take it -- but I take it anyway because if I don't, I can't function. Each person is different, but it pays off when you have medicine as a backup in case something doesn't work.

The more I focused, the less I could do it until it went away completely. Then, there was this car and I just let loose my power flipping it into the air like magneto from x-men, lol.....

but ghosts/spirits, never seen them... however, there are many things unseen in this world... a whole different spectrum our senses can't grasp.

Hey jasaiyajin! :D
I'm just stopping by to say thanks for replying on my thread! :)
Mm.. having nightmare in dreams can be quite spooky too.. :o
Although, a lot of things we (humans) can't detect most of time but we know they do exist and maybe some of us do experience from meeting them.

Have a nice day! :pacman:

if u like a job u perform better.....is this what u pic u be doing for the rest of ur life?

Uhmm, well, maybe... I can really do anything as long as I have my space and freedom to choose how I work without massive supervision and some boss hovering over you constantly pressing on your ass about what a sorry job you are doing. Currently, it's all positive feedback, always helps motivate... It's still sketchy, might be leaving if our corporate office doesn't stop increasing micro-management.

Well, you'll learn this stuff later on, just know that everything is never as it seems until you directly ask questions that concern you in all aspects of life.

intesting...thank goodnes that i don't have to really worry about this things yet! if u want to be your own boss be come an business person...ceo ...entrepreter( i think i spell that wrong)...etc...

Lately, at my job I've been receiving negative reactions from some of my co-workers. First, it made me mad and frustrated, but now I don't really mind, as their attitude doesn't mean the world's gonna end, and the next day will be better...and the best part, you get paid.

When these things happens I just try to focus on the immediate solution to the problem and continue my duties as if nothing happened. Is not like I can change something, by hurting myself (masochism). To me negative reactions are just part of life, natural and totally human (impersonal).

Well, any negative reactions from my co-workers get settled quickly, I take no BS from anyone anymore... lol, but it's 99% of the time friendly and nice. And by Masochism, it does not have to be physical, but mentally subversive as well.

Thanx for your input.... ^_^

well.. the copy works take sometimes upto 11 hours like the blood doujin and libera me.. since the original hand is by a pro... the details are so wonderfully applied that it is too tempting not to include it during copying.. ^_^' ..this one was faster than usual, as i can decide on how much details i can put. :) ...seems like someone has been drawing..! Hey, thanks for replying to my intro thread... last week was it? Yeah, I'm kinda slow about these things(and not particularly original either, since I left much the same message in another person's guestbook who replied to that topic).

Thanks for joining my thread. What have you heard about AnimePaper? Are the people crappy? Nice? Too strict?
