Anyway, if you know how to use pen tool, then it should be really easy to make a vector ^_~! Anyway you should take a pic you want to vector and resize it to a size you want and then if you want outlinement (which would be easier) then that should be the top layer (below the original pic 'course) and then you just make lower layers to color it... Okay I'll stop and give you a site address if that didn't explain alot... Tell me first ok? Now I gotta go, See ya! <3
