Ahaha it definitely took longer than some hours... Well the work for this was
spread out over several weeks, so I'm not really sure how long it actually
took.
I did the outlines + base colors in Illustrator and then shaded in Photoshop...
mostly gradient tool + polygonal lasso, but also used hard brush where needed :3

Actually I like your grass it matches the scan's style and the sky looks very

I was envisioning more specific strands of hair like near her face...I don't
mind that much that the hair is solid blue, but more splits near the bottom of
the wall might help
A scarf might be an interesting alternative as well...although I do like the
current simplicity
