That's a new measure that the MT staff put into effect recently to increase the
number of posts that equate "meaningful" responses and conversations
in any place except the "Chat Lounge". In short, if you're post is too
short, by their standards, you lose free dl credits, and this works vice-versa,
if your post is reall long, you gain normal credits. But in thought, it makes
sense to reduce the number of free downloads that a person can have in one day.
(Hope this has been somewhat enlightening to you.)
As to a new GUndam Show, I haven't heard a thing. But I hope to hear something
soon.

the new templates you want and just create the new skin. (It take a while to get
this down to science, and don't worry; this is all something everyone does the
first few times.)
