Yeah, I am... I went through hundreds already... still have around 300 to go,
but I'm a bit too tired so I'll go on forums and try to look some friends
up...
A lot have been leaving MT, you say? To be honest I'm not that surprised...
after the changes I had a thought to leave as well... practically there are only
two reason why I stayed: I made some friends around here (like you) and I was
involved in a manga project... which seems to be ressurected...
All the new rules are a pain in the *ekhem* that kills the spirit in my
opinion... I can understand fav limit and then dropping the level idea (that
wasn't such a ba decision in my opinion) but they put some credits instead... I
totally didn't get them... but they seem to be gone now...
Plus there are those limits on forums... no "what's your favorite..."
threads because they usually turn into quarrels? Any thread can turn into one...
and now that whole quarantine thing... like 10% of the entries I went through
already had it... what's up with that, I have no idea...
But oh well, we can't do much about it I guess and I just wasted some lines for
complaining... either my mood is a little down or I'm a bit tired... sorry bout
that.

So, after spending the most stupid Valentine's ever, I'm back with you. Yeah,
stupid. We really didn't have any thing special planned or anything, but in the
end we had to stay at home watching a football game! I told
you it was stupid. BUT! Orlando gave me a really sweet present that made me mad.
He gave me a kitty! I know he meant no harm, but I also know he was thinking he
could cheer me up for the lost of my other cat getting a new one! As if...
anyways, it was stupid. Speaking of which, how could you possibly think I could
possibly get mad at you? And why would I? Truth be told, I don't use to get mad
at people easily. Even less when theyare dear friends, like you. Yeah, I love
you too *hugs back just as tighly* And forget about that "I give my bad
luck to others" thingie. Just for starters, I don't believe in luck, so
don't worry. It was bad to be at home alone, so boring... I was

Well, she was a he, lol. His name was Botas (Boots, in english, cause he had
this cute little white marks on his feet and belly. Other than that, he was
entirely black) I had him for almost a year, but the thing is, I picked him up
on the street, after a car or a bicicle hit him and he was wonded. I took care
of him, not even thinking he was going to make it, cause he couldn't walk and he
just kept dragging his back feet. But I'm such a gentle soul (yeah, right) and I
just couldn't let him there, so I took him home and he survived! He even managed
to walk and he was just the cutest thing you'd ever seen. But then, the other
day, he was very noisy, I didn't know why. And the next morning, he couldn't
wake up from his pad. He was just looking at me and I swear he looked like he
was saying "Thank you" God, I still cry when I make this story...
anyways, he was dead when we got back from work. The vet said he prolly had some
internal damage back at the accident, and he also told me I've done too much for
the cat, since he would have prolly not survived so long on anyone else's care.
I know that was supposed to make me feel better, but it didn't work. I'm barely
begining to get use to the idea of not having him around... he was such a sweet,
helpless little thing... but I'll stop here, cause if I go on, I'll start crying
again...

Ah! I so understand that! People here have a saying that we celebrate anything.
We cubans use just any excuese to throw a party, even a divorce! LOL, it's not
really like that but it's not too far either. I had a great time with my family.
Basically, I have to go atmy mom's every sunday, since my granparents (her
parents) really miss me when I don't show up. They took care of me since I was a
baby, so they love me like they were my real parents, and since they're old now,
they get sentimental if I don't visit them. Plus, I love them to the bones, so
it's not like I spend long time without seeing them anyway. Also, there's my mom
and my bro, so we have good times when we have a party. Sometimes I go to my
mother-in-law's, but Orlando is not as fond of his family as I am of mine.
Lol, I don't think I'm really good at describing them. It'd be quite better if
you could get a bite! I'm not such a good cook myself, but my granny makes such
wonderful dishes! My mom too, and even my bro cooks better than I do. But I
don't really mind. Orlando is a piggy, he eats anything I do. Maybe that's part
of love too No matter what, I can't avoid good food. My mom seens bent in making
me eat as much as I can. She says I'm skinny. Well, not that she's wrong, but I
don't mind being skinny... I'm healthy, so what else can I say.

until its over?
Well you got it right I take some years of
rest and enjoyment between each tattoo which can be hard sometimes since it
becomes very addictive, I know friends that weren't able to resist and they had
many tattoos done in no time. Also each time I go for something bigger because
with the previous one I get used to the size and often tend to see them as
little as time passes by... but also each time I want something better and more
detailed and for that it really helps the size because it can be worked much
more.
And the truth is that I wouldn't like to have all my body covered with tattoos,
but who knows? maybe I could change my mind later on, but for now the plan is to
get Quetzalcoatl done and get something for my left arm, and then stop for some
years and see if I feel that I want more or I can settle with those.
LOL I guess it could be har to pronuciate Quetzalcoatl for the first time... its
formed by 2 words: Quetzal (that is a green bird with a really long tail, I
believe the still populate somewhere in Central America) and coatl (which in
ancient aztec language means snake), but the pronounciation is ketzalcoatl. It
is portrayed as a snake with feathers behind the head most of the times, the
important is that it has a snake body the feather decoration differs very
much.
Regarding pain, well... it hurts, but it depends very much on the size and place
of the tattoo, if you do a small thin on your back (not the spine) then it
doesn't really hurt much. However if you do it in places where the skin is thin
(for example the neck) or near the bones (like the ankles) then the pain is
quite considerable. The other thing that plays a roll is the since, since large
areas to be tattooed now are done with magnum tattoing machines than can hold up
to 18 needles at the same time, for isntants if you do a rather big tribal
design that has big black areas then no matter where the tatto is getting done
the filling up will hurt very much, but what can I say? even though I do not
enjoy pain at all, I'm always willing to put up with it because it is really
worth it to me. Besides, women tolerate much more pain than men.
The time it takes also depends on the size of the tattoed being done, but
overall it does take quite some time, mine will take 4 sessions to finish, I've
already been to my second so to more to go . The
first session which was the design of the head and most of the shading work took
up to 4 hours. The second session involved finishing up the head completely and
the designing and preshading of the complete body, almost another 4 hours and
for the upcoming session about 70% of the body should be finished up so it'll be
the longest and most fearfull of them all... I'm guessing it'll take more than 5
hours and just to start thinking about it I'm already hurting . But
for smaller things it could take like a couple of hours and be completely
finished.

Well that could be a weird thing to do but you can investigate what kind of inks they use and in other place find
out if you are alergic to them... truth be told, unless you have a very severe
skin illness or a problem with coagulating blood there should not be a problem,
because tattoos are pretty much scars with ink

that not only occidental religions have a dirty view towards sexuality, but in

I see your point, but for me fanatism does invlove going one

apropiate. So one can be very passionate for things but the moment it turns into

religion and auto-punishing themselves seems like going one step too many. And I
can see what you'll try to reply on this... tattoos for me, for some it may seem
something out of any reasoning to do and yes it may be considered as a sort of
fanatism, because it involves me taking a passion one step further by cosciously
inflicting pain to myself for another purpose. But the thing is that I do
meassure and don't become blinded by it and there for me is the main difference,
I realize the consecuences of me getting them and willing to deal with
them.

So, after spending the most stupid Valentine's ever, I'm back with you. Yeah, stupid. We really didn't have any thing special planned or anything, but in the end we had to stay at home watching a football game!
I told
you it was stupid. BUT! Orlando gave me a really sweet present that made me mad.
He gave me a kitty! I know he meant no harm, but I also know he was thinking he
could cheer me up for the lost of my other cat getting a new one! As if...
anyways, it was stupid. Speaking of which, how could you possibly think I could
possibly get mad at you? And why would I? Truth be told, I don't use to get mad
at people easily. Even less when theyare dear friends, like you. Yeah, I love
you too *hugs back just as tighly* And forget about that "I give my bad
luck to others" thingie. Just for starters, I don't believe in luck, so
don't worry. It was bad to be at home alone, so boring... 
I was
not even working. Everyone at my job had to take forced vacation. Oh, well, I'm
here now!
Well, she was a he, lol. His name was Botas (Boots, in english, cause he had this cute little white marks on his feet and belly. Other than that, he was entirely black) I had him for almost a year, but the thing is, I picked him up on the street, after a car or a bicicle hit him and he was wonded. I took care of him, not even thinking he was going to make it, cause he couldn't walk and he just kept dragging his back feet. But I'm such a gentle soul (yeah, right) and I just couldn't let him there, so I took him home and he survived! He even managed to walk and he was just the cutest thing you'd ever seen. But then, the other day, he was very noisy, I didn't know why. And the next morning, he couldn't wake up from his pad. He was just looking at me and I swear he looked like he was saying "Thank you" God, I still cry when I make this story... anyways, he was dead when we got back from work. The vet said he prolly had some internal damage back at the accident, and he also told me I've done too much for the cat, since he would have prolly not survived so long on anyone else's care. I know that was supposed to make me feel better, but it didn't work. I'm barely begining to get use to the idea of not having him around... he was such a sweet, helpless little thing... but I'll stop here, cause if I go on, I'll start crying again...
Ah! I so understand that! People here have a saying that we celebrate anything. We cubans use just any excuese to throw a party, even a divorce! LOL, it's not really like that but it's not too far either. I had a great time with my family. Basically, I have to go atmy mom's every sunday, since my granparents (her parents) really miss me when I don't show up. They took care of me since I was a baby, so they love me like they were my real parents, and since they're old now, they get sentimental if I don't visit them. Plus, I love them to the bones, so it's not like I spend long time without seeing them anyway. Also, there's my mom and my bro, so we have good times when we have a party. Sometimes I go to my mother-in-law's, but Orlando is not as fond of his family as I am of mine.
No matter what, I can't avoid good food. My mom seens bent in making
me eat as much as I can. She says I'm skinny. Well, not that she's wrong, but I
don't mind being skinny... I'm healthy, so what else can I say.

no real realtion between my two names. My mom wanted Ingrid and my dad wanted to

(which is Ydania, written backwards) and I ended up being Ingrid Ainady. But
like I said before, you can call me any. I don't really mind.

How are you doing? hope everything is great over there... for me things have been good, I'm taking things more calmly recently (not so much partying around and taking care of other things

Well you got it right I take some years of rest and enjoyment between each tattoo which can be hard sometimes since it becomes very addictive, I know friends that weren't able to resist and they had many tattoos done in no time. Also each time I go for something bigger because with the previous one I get used to the size and often tend to see them as little as time passes by... but also each time I want something better and more detailed and for that it really helps the size because it can be worked much more.
And the truth is that I wouldn't like to have all my body covered with tattoos, but who knows? maybe I could change my mind later on, but for now the plan is to get Quetzalcoatl done and get something for my left arm, and then stop for some years and see if I feel that I want more or I can settle with those.
LOL I guess it could be har to pronuciate Quetzalcoatl for the first time... its formed by 2 words: Quetzal (that is a green bird with a really long tail, I believe the still populate somewhere in Central America) and coatl (which in ancient aztec language means snake), but the pronounciation is ketzalcoatl. It is portrayed as a snake with feathers behind the head most of the times, the important is that it has a snake body the feather decoration differs very much.
Regarding pain, well... it hurts, but it depends very much on the size and place of the tattoo, if you do a small thin on your back (not the spine) then it doesn't really hurt much. However if you do it in places where the skin is thin (for example the neck) or near the bones (like the ankles) then the pain is quite considerable. The other thing that plays a roll is the since, since large areas to be tattooed now are done with magnum tattoing machines than can hold up to 18 needles at the same time, for isntants if you do a rather big tribal design that has big black areas then no matter where the tatto is getting done the filling up will hurt very much, but what can I say? even though I do not enjoy pain at all, I'm always willing to put up with it because it is really worth it to me. Besides, women tolerate much more pain than men.
The time it takes also depends on the size of the tattoed being done, but overall it does take quite some time, mine will take 4 sessions to finish, I've already been to my second so to more to go
. The
first session which was the design of the head and most of the shading work took
up to 4 hours. The second session involved finishing up the head completely and
the designing and preshading of the complete body, almost another 4 hours and
for the upcoming session about 70% of the body should be finished up so it'll be
the longest and most fearfull of them all... I'm guessing it'll take more than 5
hours and just to start thinking about it I'm already hurting 
. But
for smaller things it could take like a couple of hours and be completely
finished.
Well that could be a weird thing to do
but you can investigate what kind of inks they use and in other place find
out if you are alergic to them... truth be told, unless you have a very severe
skin illness or a problem with coagulating blood there should not be a problem,
because tattoos are pretty much scars with ink

It's true that not only occidental religions have a dirty view towards sexuality, but in Budhism and Induism it's rather different and I guess that al realigions derived from Cristianism are the ones that satanize sexuality the most.
But you see, though I agree that religions were created by men I still fail to see the convinience for the male gender... everyone is perjuticated by those views towards sexuality, I mean I'm not talking only about women's virginity but the imposed guilt when having a sexual encounter... that is even for all men or women and that's why I think is a loss because we should all be able to enjoy our bodies.
I see your point, but for me fanatism does invlove going one step further that what anyone with a bit of common sense would realize is not apropiate. So one can be very passionate for things but the moment it turns into something so obsesive and blinding it becomes fanatism, the example I use for religion and auto-punishing themselves seems like going one step too many. And I can see what you'll try to reply on this... tattoos for me, for some it may seem something out of any reasoning to do and yes it may be considered as a sort of fanatism, because it involves me taking a passion one step further by cosciously inflicting pain to myself for another purpose. But the thing is that I do meassure and don't become blinded by it and there for me is the main difference, I realize the consecuences of me getting them and willing to deal with them.
