Regarding your question, no, you can not submit a wallpaper you did not create
yourself... not even as a scan, that would be considered ripping and might earn
you a warning, so I guess you should play it safe and stay away from any image
that has wallpaper-like resolutions because it would be probably a wall made by
someone else... well I mean, you can download them but I wouldn't upload it here

Regarding your question, no, you can not submit a wallpaper you did not create yourself... not even as a scan, that would be considered ripping and might earn you a warning, so I guess you should play it safe and stay away from any image that has wallpaper-like resolutions because it would be probably a wall made by someone else... well I mean, you can download them but I wouldn't upload it here
