My main issue with the wall is really the contrast between the two
I would root for adding in your other character vectors and making the

(looking at this made me shudder again about my Kenshin wall...vectoring walls
is so much harder than it looks.....)

*Reads your replies* Have you been vectoring in Photoshop still? In which case
you're probably learning to do it the hard painful way... in Illustrator it's
pretty easy to get the hang of, and you can always abuse the smooth tool when
needed

Sure...i got an image of an eye and to make the iris purple i selected it and
just played with the color settings then kinda blended it in to the rest...after
that i got an image of some texture. I used cracks...then i played around with
the blend mode to make it look like it was overlayed...try it its very simple.

The Okama wall downloads fine for me.
It may be your connection settings. If you have too many downloads at once MT
will give you that image. If you try again in ten minutes it usually loads
fine.
You can always grab the wall from my website too.

just going to force it to work if I have to 'cause I spent way too long on those

Oh yah, about the Memories wall... the text showing up over the girl was
definitely intentional XP but I've put out a textless version of the wall 'cause
there seemed to be some strong objections, so... dunno if you'd like this one
better :3 And yes, texturizing is an awful lot of fun, and much easier to do
than vectoring I think

Only two things bother me:
the credits text is kinda big and bright...especially since Totoro is so close
to the bottom anyway
and the catbus sign maybe needs a really thin outline? since it's next to
Totoro...which has a very clear outline...although I know you didn't outline the
background and that looks fine
Anyways...always nice to see a Ghibli wall!

eetou, if it was the apt pupil serie/mugshot... that was th sole one i made
using grid... a little experimentation... (nothing can go wrong with a pinup
size pic and grid, but it takes too much time in preparation, so i ditched using
that.. ) about the jacket - eetou, the pattern was outlined first and
then, have blurred my vision a bit, to identify the areas to go heavy on, cos it
will take too much time & quite silly to make an exact copy ... eetou, inanimate objects such as fabrics are nicest to do as there
wouldn't be much pressure to catch any resemblance contrary to a face.. the
objective is only to capture how 'real' it should look...

guesthouse now where there's free internet access, so I'm going to abuse it
thoroughly before I get home because I don't think I'm going to get such good

Yes, it is George from Parakiss. I vectored an image of him from the ED theme so it looks really weird. Thanks for noticing.
