i think one of the best things china foods have to offer is the variety, when i
was there, i had the roasted pork thingy (the one where there is a thick layer
of fat) that is actually very nice, but i almost puked the fat out cause i can't
stand it. However, make no mistake that it is a delicacy, and when you have
tasted it wow.
My fav bit is drinking chinese liquers and beer, they all share something in
common, herbal drinks of alcohol are very beneficial, when i went down to
Nanjing, there is a delicacy of a type of wine where you can find snakes in
them, now that taste major nasty, but afterwards, it is really nice.
Chinese beer is full of light flavors and so much refreshing than all others, i
can only imagine the bottles of Tsing Tao beer i had there.
The food is damn good when you visit the other places like the Venice of China
(Nanjing) where the canals that pass through the place is really a wonder. The
food there is less salty than those of Shanghai, Shanghainese dishes are really
salty and i cannot exactly enjoy them.
I like the snacks that they have like the skewered candies and the roasted duck,
it was one of the best trips i ever been to.

Shanghai, you went to Nanjing and Wu Xi am i correct with the lakes, these
places are most notorius for them.
I bet the place is really nice this time of the year, should be winter, the air
will be damn cold and you even went to the Pearl Tower and stayed in the Grand
Hyatt, last i was there, it was too expensive for me...
Oh well, so glad to hear that you enjoy it, did you visit the shrines as
well?
I loved the shrines at the place...dunno the name but there was a cavern with
buddha carvings onto rocks and limestones across the place, it is very
magnificient!
Did you try the delicacies? I like the roasted duck, plus, the original one is
so nice, and the chinese villas you mentioned, i also loved them, it is a
wonderful wonderful place to be for culture.

for her*I just need to wait for her to email me the rest oh well.I can be
