hey man, that last scan you submitted is a wallpaper made by a non-professional wallpaper maker, it is against MT policy to submit those cause they belong to another waller.
check the policy again.
you are supposed to only submit them as scans when they are official wallpapers released by the companies themselves.

As an addendum, there most certainly is a Burst Angel category, and it's listed both as Burst Angel and as Bakuretsu Tenshi. Please make sure you submit gallery items in the correct categories in the future.

You cannot submit anything that is not made by you as wallpapers. The Bakuretsu Tenshi submission belongs to the scan category, for reasons because it is a scan, and you have done nothing to alter/extract/design the background to claim it as your own. By submitting as a wallpaper, you have wrongfully violated copyrights and this is called a rip. This is a serious offense in Minitokyo and you are liable to be punished either by banning or restriction, in all due goodness, i suggest you immediately remove those submission that you did not personally design or redesign the overall picture to claim it as your own wallpaper.
