for the mist down there... I used airbrush 45 px(any size will do) to brush it
out... dont drag it... dott it out slowly... & erm.. see the pink mist? I
use the rectangular marquee to do a selection, n then filter>render clouds,
then I used Gaussian blur to give it a misty feeling... as for the clouds

But about the tutorial, the effects arent that nice... Ull have to add like
colours to it... I used that by changing the blending options of it... or U can
add a new layer with patters or gradients...
