Just looking at these threads, it seems that BotChii deletes a lot of wallpapers
that he/she/they deems too 'simple' or lackluster because they haven't been
heavily photoshopped or embellished with multiple layers or graphics. I can
appreciate BotChii's position if that position is to prevent people from putting
up wallpapers that are just token efforts, but it seems that BotChii owes an
explanation to people who are understandably confused by his/her/their decision.
I think there's needs to be more of a democracy on this site, like a voting
system by actual members to kick off a piece of artwork they deem unsuitable or
unworthy of taking up space on the site. At the moment, BotChii's function is
that of an Art Despot who imposes his/her/their taste or idea of
"good" art/wallpaper.
I personally don't think a painting should be judged by the number of brush
strokes on the canvas, and sometimes the thought and deliberation that goes into
choosing just the right few strokes takes much more effort and time than hurling
on every paint available.
I think simple desktops are often more beautiful than the convoluted messes that
you sometimes find being produced by overzealous Photoshop whizzes (technically
talanted as they are), and I don't think BotChii has the right to force everyone
to adhere to his/her/their standards of good taste.
It's like a music producer rejecting a piece of music because there aren't
enough notes.
i don't know the rules so can I ask a question? if I post wallpapers, it must
contain my creation. So, if I post scan, does it need? or I can post everything
I found out?
i agree with sakurachan9,just because there not made doesnt mean that you cant
submit it . what you did was wrong and you shouldnt do stuff to people like that
its rude and offensive.
Did you delete my wallpaper just because they are ( may be ) simple ?
I don't think we need sooo mucchhh effects on it to call it a beautiful / pretty
/ acceptable wallpaper !
I really love this site so I want to have my favourite wallpaper shared with
other friends and I felt very happy when the first person replied - and even
added it to her fav. I came back to Mt again to see if my wallpaper has have
more reply - but I can't find it...
So I'm really really really sad and upset when I heard from you that my

Yes I agree with everybody else and I beleive our wallpapers should be accepted in any way. I worked hard on mine and I'm sure everybody else did too.
