As a moderator I have the sad necessity to inform you that with your recent
actions you have violated MT rules (to which, by creating an account in
MiniTokyo , you agreed to follow: MT Policy & Submissions&Submitting
)
You submitted something under the wallpaper category with which you have
violated one of these points, namely you took a wallpaper that was not created
by you (from animewallpapers.com and abstactanime) and submitted it here to MT.
This is called ripping and therefore according the the policy (to which you
agreed by signing up to MT) is banned.
Consider this your 1st warning, continue
to do so, which means two more strikes and you will be permanently banned from
the MT community. I do not want to seem rude or harsh on you but rules are rules
and if you don't abide by them consequences do arise.
Should you have any questions please direct them to help section of the
forum.

No esta permitido cargar wallpapers de otros sitios aqui en Monitokyo. Hacer
esto continuamente te llevara a ser desterrado de Minitokyo. Tambien esta es una
pagina anglofona/anglicana donde se habla ingles. Se puede hablar espanol en PM,
grupos y guestbooks. Si tienes mas preguntas y/o estas buscando una comunidad de
bastante gente, por favor visita Hispanime. Los miembros del
grupo son muy activos en la comunidad y tal vez puedan explicar mejor de lo que
yo podria las reglas de Minitokyo

mira lo mas seguro es q tu pregunta sea con respecto a los scans los cuales solo
pueden bajar los miembros de nivel 10 o mas y para subir tu nivel puedes subir
imagenes, comentar en galerias, escribir en guestbooks, q te pongan comentarios
y lo q mas e notado q te sube nivel es q la gente ponga las imagenes q tu
subiste como sus favoritas ahora si tienes mas dudas no dudes en preguntar
