I'm sorry you feel that way, and, of course, the highlight is completely up to
the artist's discretion, so it will be taken down within the hour.
As to SchattenRand's Defense...
The frontpage is a huge overexaggeration. I created SR almost immediately before
MT3 was implemented, and at the time was extremely frustrated with the quality of the walls that were
being highlighted, as well as at the fact that very little of artistic merit
(and we'll accept anybody's idea of artistic merit, so long as we can see some
merit in what they have to say) was being given much in the way of credit. I
have not had the chance to update the front page signficantly since my
frustration subsided, and, therefore, we still look terribly unfriendly on the
outside. If you'll take a look at the members, though, I think you'll notice
that the group has a decidedly soft, chewy, nougaty center: kuroimisa, tevi,
regenbogen, and my sister, Makhan, make up four fifths of the group, and I, the
only real jackass out of the bunch, am the leader. And, contrary to popular
belief, I am not a jackass out of prejudice, but rather one on principle. Yes,
I'm elitist, only on a personal scale. When I'm dealing with people, I
can--emphasis on can--be very tactful.
And I'm usually too damned nice for my own good.
At any rate, the group page will be going some drastic revisions over the next
week or two, partially because of Arete, the Amano wallpaper competition, which
will be taking place... sometime... and partially because, as you noticed, it is
incredibly unfriendly as it stands now. The Mission will remain the same, but it
will be stated somewhat truer to the core of what I actually feel Minitokyo
needs. If you would like to come back after the changes, I can notify you
afterwards. And if you'd like somebody to vouch for my insanity--er, I mean,
good will--hit up DREAM. Though I'm not sure if he'll respond, he's been missing
lately. <<;

BTW I was re-watching Millenium Actress last night and realized that stylized
wings on screens were all over the place, at least for the first half of the
movie XP It makes a lot of sense as a symbol doesn't it? After I saw that I
became sooo happy
...I think I need to make more Millenium Actress wallies God I've
just fallen in love with that movie all over again, if that's at all possible X3

but it has ended and so we cannot help but be sad now.
