I didn't use any brushes at all. I just used many filters
to achieve the grunge effects and erased some parts so as it doesn't look
crowded. I used three layers for that background. Thanks

Aspiring Mafia made it to the second round, so that enough says a lot. You
always can do better in the next round, if you still feel that way though.
