Oh yes~ If you have Photpshop this is how I do it. Take the image and
copy the layer. On the first layer, guassian blur it around 3.0-5.0.
Then add layer effects to Overlay or Screen. I think it's different
wording for PS7 but it should be similar. Let me know if you need
anything else. ^.^

Yeah...I heard that myOtaku.com is a famous place where people rip wallies. So I decided to go check it out and oh my gosh, there're quite a number of ripped wallies! Geez....this rippers are so pathetic! I've reported some.... Maybe you should go check it out sometime, in case others steal your wallies again...I've went back to checked and hey, they deleted that stolen wallie! Serves the user right for stealling walkure's wallies! *slaps the user* Hehe....
