I don't have a tute for making grunge but usually what I do is actually
photographing at textures that makes grunge or look like grunge (e.g. roads,
walls, concrete etc.) or I find any ruin or torn papers or photos off the ground
and bringing it home (which I have one with now and it's now been use in evry
grunge wall. My trademark. )
Yeah, also play with all the blending modes and filters in PS or the most
cheapest method for me is to use d/l brushes that I got off from websites or
free resource CDs and just mix and match.
Just experiment with photos and brushes and PS effect tools to get the look.
That's how I do it.

for so long... But
I wasn't that much on MT lately. But I am now and I want to try to
"rescue" this group together
