It's all poopy too b/c I colored a manga scan and made it all pretty
and then making it small and .jpg make it look like a 3 year old drewit t_t
That should be an easy problem to fix. Try converting it with a Photoshop or
Photoshop equilivant program by using the saving function "Save for
Web" then once that function comes up as a window, select the quality of
the image and the the format that you want to use. And puff* you're done.
