It looks out of place. Might I suggest you add some bright colours to the bg that fits with the scan, i.e. bluey-white, or others.
The flowers are a bit transparent. Why not putting to full resolution? It'll look nice that way.

i appreciate your comment and suggestions. I took a look at mt's tsubasa gallery, and there were already a lot of wallpers featuring this particular scan, and the most of then used a water reference. So, I tried to do something else '' I agree that it looks kinda weird, but I don't think I can fix it. The only way would be re-making the wallie all over again @_@
