You submitted something under the doujinshi category with which you have
violated one of these points, namely you took a doujin that was not created by
you (link) and
submitted it here to MT. This is called ripping and therefore according the the
policy (to which you agreed by signing up to MT) is banned.
Consider this your 1st warning, continue
to do so, which means two more strikes and you will be permanently banned from
the MT community. I do not want to seem rude or harsh on you but rules are rules
and if you don't abide by them consequences do arise.
Should you have any questions please direct them to help section of the
forum.

2: there is a toolbar to the left when you browse the section that has; browse
scans, and at the bottom it has submit female scan, doujinshi ect...
3: just click there and you will go through the submission prossess just like on
MT2
