I was looking through the "paradox" thread http://forum.minitokyo.net/showthread/33750/
and saw your vegetarian rant. I won't re-quote the whole long thing but I
thought that was beautiful! If any "superior" vegetarians get an
attitude, that's exactly what I'm going to tell them; I don't know any
personally yet, but those type of people get on my nerves.
I forget who said this but it's brilliant: "You're on the top of the food
chain, get over it!" Anyway, peace out, holler back if ya want!
Hey xange, why aren't you adding anything to the poem I started in
Poetry-Corner? It was your idea to do this. If you don't understand what I was
trying to say, here is an explanation and also the poem.
The light shimmers off the glass
wobbling, from the steady drum beat.
Its dark yellow taint shows the poor bastard
floating beneath the icebergs' of the comedic drama
"TO freedom," you shout.
The light resembles a little hope that lies in the alcohol. The steady drum beat
is lifes contuinues routines that seem to slowly destroy your hope away. The
poor bastard is the person who actually believes that alcohol can save him.
Comedic drama is life. I'm sure you can figure out the rest.
If you feel offended, i'm sorry that wasn't my intention. I don't always
comment on peoples poems because others have said what I would of. So it seems
to be redundant. However, when I see poem that can be improved, I try to
improve it.
Plus, too many people say, "Oh thats a great poem, very well done, please
post more." I'll guarantee you that most of them aren't taking the time to
trully enjoy the poem. So when you hear something different, then the person
took some time to think about it (or just a sadistic bastard).
So please don't get upset, I hate it when girls get upset.
j0n0's my smart friend, take his advice as my own - lol. We are collegiate
buddies, but he has more prestige. If you have a question, he will answer
truthfully.
