Her lower body proportion seems fine, but her upper body needs work;

Speaking of the hair...it's overly simplified; try drawing the outline
first, and then add in individual strands of hair. Likewise, there
should be more creases in the fabric around her bust, shoulders,
elbows, and crotch. It would also help if you drew the seams of the
shirt and pants, as well...
