anyways, we've been cleaning up our list on the group page, please check it out.
Basically I've been sent out to figure out everyone's status in our group so I
can promote/demote as needed
basically, if you could PM me with which status you consider yourself to be in
the team, I'd be grately appreaciated
Administrators
Qualifications:must either be one of the following:
Full-time Designer- not to freak you out by 'full time', this just implies you
are a designer, you've made skins before for the group, and you know how to edit
the group userpage to add/edit and update your userpage queue.Makes at least 1+
userpages a month.
Group Developer- position for members who constantly edit the group userpage and
improve the group [kudos to breadcrust! x- ]
Forum Updator: a member who's specialty is checking up on the group forums and
udates the userpage queue accordingly.
Moderators
Qualifications:must either be one of the
following:
Part-time Designer- a designer who has personal duties which limit their
potential in making userpages. Obviously full time designers also have their own
lives, but a part-time designer makes less than 1- userpage skin a
month.
Forum Moderator: a member who's specialty is checking up on the group forums and
udates by notifying the administrators on the group guestbook and
forums.
Members
Qualifications:must either be one of the following:
Beginner- any MT member who does not have a custom userpage designed by
themselves. Usually people who apply for this group who do not design or develop
want to learn, and they should be able to learn and one day be promoted to mods
or administrators.
Temporary Status Members- a member who have been making userpages, been an
administrator or mod yet has been MIA from our group for some time. Demotion
will be removed once the member requests promotion and discusses with an
administrator one thier status.
