Stroking is fine ^^ It's one of the 2 main ways. The way I use is shape layers. It actually takes twice as long as stroke path though and is kind of harder So it's up to you if you want to do it.

I'm sooo sorry that I didn't answer this earlier because I was working on your vector and things are starting to "heat" up now that school is almost starting ro me. I really don't want to do a lot of photoshpping when school starts because I know that I won't have time for it by then. -____-"

Btw Paradise #1 defiantely. Leave the color as it is. It really does look better unless if it was an abstract wallpaper then #2 would've been okay. No #1! Though I tink you might've submitted it already in MT yet (I haven't checked yet) but yeah anyways...
