Every member gets three warnings. Most of the time people usually only get one. However some don't really learn so they get slapped with two. Now when you get two depending on the severity of the problem either a restriction or a muting can be attached to the warning. Three warnings obviously a banning ensues.

Be advised though if a year passes and no new warnings are issued a warning may be rolled back. If you had two you now have one. If you only had one you have none and start off with a clean slate so to speak. This usually doesn't happen though. I hope you don't make the same mistake.
