Can't complain, really. Just came back from my trip to New York, which was completely insane. I visited (with some peeps of my school) some museums such as The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) and there I got this nice surprise: there was an exhibition of Salvador Dali, who is my favorite artist ever. Just one word to describe it: Breathtaking. They were displaying some of his most famous paintings and they even show a movie of him collaborating with Disney called "Destino". I swear I cried when I watched it.

Hey chrisp. I understand your situation, but I'm afraid I can't extend the deadline again. In the mean time, I'll discuss this with the other staffs and see if we can extend it. I would say I can only extend it until this Saturday or early Sunday, just for you. (But this might change based on other staffs' decision)

omg, yes it's been like iono how long already since we've last chatted. Well not that summer vacation has started for me it's finally time for me to adjust some things in my MT account. <.<;

I agree the bench does look weird around that area. I was kinda running out of ideas at that point and it would be even weirder to keep the stuffed sofa from the original scan in an open-air scene.

It is difficult for sure, I still have to deal with it and that's why it usually takes longer to finish.

Vexel mainly consists of many layers of vectored shapes and adjust them with opacity and blending modes (like Soft Light or any others). I'm using Paint Shop Pro so I can easily adjust the shapes in vector mode (after duplicated the layer) to get which contour I'm working on. Have you read the tutorial I made for vexelling skin? It's basically the same for any other parts cause it's main idea is to play with the opacity and blending modes.

I'll see if I can make a sample image of my current vexel to show you what I meant.

Yes, I have been using that guide as for my basis to start in the art of vexelling. But I still can't get the details right. Like the where would I start the base color *the main color where the other layers above it are just darker & lighter w/ opacities lowered*

Thank you for the nice comment. I agree that simple vectors look better that very detailed ones, simplicity is a plus for every wallpaper.
I thought of reversing the background to fit her position too, but I gave up on the idea. You're right though, it would look better without having to twist your head to understand the background
