The image of the girl you used is nice, but it looks like you enlarged the original image. The quality is brought down a little when you do this. Making the image bigger than it really is distorts the image. Right now, it looks a bit too blurred. I suggest vectoring the image in a very detailed way, or making the resolution for your wallpaper smaller so that you can use the image of the girl with out making it bigger.

The background is a little random, but I have to admit, it looks much better compared to other wallpapers of the same style.

And just a little question, what is the triangle symbol?

the triangle thing is my emblem basicly. and... thank you for suggestions =P. um... i'm bad at vectors.

The trees/bushes could be better. I'm guessing they're brushes, no? Since it's one colour, the brush would only be good as a silhouette. Based on the lighting on the overall wallpaper, I'd say that the bushes should be/seem farther back.

There is also the darker patches of grass. They are well placed, but the ones nearest to the girl are a little off. The patches in front of the girl show her shadow from the sun, but even that blotch, look a little to big to be the girl's shadow. The darker grass on the back (near the girl), I guess, are to show how uneven the hill is, but to be completely honest, I would have preferred that grass to be light, like the grass of to the side.

All in all, I think you've created a beautiful scene. Keep it up.

This was a wall from over a year ago, which I never found myself finishing up until yesterday.
It was a total disaster at first, and I redid most of the grass (redid most of the entire wall actually) and it turned out quite nice. :P
But you're right I made some mistakes here and there, thanks for pointing that out!
Hope to read your comments on my future submissions (one is coming up real soon!).

Well, I only named it Alcoholic Dreamer because of the elephant thing and the pyramid. I actually had no intentions of making a dream-like wallpaper when I was working on it. As for the texture, this has been a problem with a lot of people. It's also a problem I agree on. It looked much much better at 3 in the morning.
