The wall is beneath the pictures. My bed is between the wall and my wardrobe. I hope my manga collection won't crush down on me when I sleep. At first my brother also didn't allow me but then I put one poster on the wall and then another and so on...

Yeah pretty much, exams can drive you crazy( my French lessons have this effectXDDD) Glad to hear you're fine and having some free time^^. Well, our vacation starts at the 22nd, can be a day early or a day late....so I'm gonna enjoy the holidays a lot, with my family and other relatives coming over. Especially my brother...who's been away for quite sometime. I guess university is as busy as mi sis tells me^^. Our study trip will be at the 8th of January...like I said, too bad it's Valencia ...

My Ma is from Southampton...so I'm half British. Pa's family are natives of Tarragona...so they're pretty much native Catalans. My abuelos from Ma's side moved to Madrid when she was very young, she finished Secondaria and university here. A lot of students here are half something, anyway...and quite a number of foreigners, especially Americans. Even some of the curriculum is meant to accommodate them...like the language classes. Glad to hear you also like to travel...as for me, I'd love to visit Britain( for obvious reasons ), hmmm...and Japan haha, and not just because of anime.

Well, that is pretty extreme...well here the summer isn't that hot, and it's not always sunny either. Don't believe that "Sunny Spain" thing...^^ No white Christmas here, though...well in Madrid there might be, here, if it snows, we'll celebrate . I knew that the news weren't entirely reliable! It usually isn't anyways^^. What about the news there about Spain? Do they say that we all love bullfights over there?

Haha...my kid cousins are rascals, though...we were the ones who filled their shoes with gifts anyway, they'll just think it's from the Three Kings ...

My ''friend"( haha...that was funny^^) is still sitting next to me. We have a definite sitting arrangement, which is bad for me^^. We both have last names that start in V, that's why. Besides, it's not like I'll be seeing him for the holidays...he can go wherever he wants, as long as he doesn't bother me . Hehe...at least I'm well prepared for the Christmas play, hopefully I don't mess up^^.

Well, i haven't seen any new anime lately...but at least I've been up to date with One-Piece and Naruto, mangas with good translations are hard to find here^^. I remember someone in Hispanime telling me about Basilisk...it's the anime where they based "Shinobi" right? ( That one I've watched on DVD...which is pretty much where you can get them here anyway...) Don't worry, I'm not that girly^^, I can watch some violent stuff...just not too much, or I'll get sick^^.

Haha...I don't really know if I'll miss them, guess I'll find out. I'm sure I'll miss my friends though....

Well, there re lots of tourist spots here in Spain like the Costa de la Luz ( lots of beautiful beaches in Andalusia and Malaga ), the Alhambra in Granada, and the Medieval Quarter in my hometown of Barcelona.
Right now tha place that I want to visit most ( and I would recommend to anyone, as well ) is the Guggenheim Museum in San Sebastian. Unfortunately, our study trip will be to Valencia . Hope you can visit soon .

Wow, your cousin is fluent in Spanish? Then he won't need to find an interpreter, if you go together, he can be your translator . As for me, I'm from Eixample( 7th district in Barcelona ), just a 5 minute walk from the Placa Catalunya to the town center, which I'm very thankful for. Catalan is a bit different from mainstream Spanish dialect so you might need to learn it if you plan to visit Barcelona. I'm attending secondaria at Benjamin Franklin International School, where there are a lot of foreign students and also a lot of language courses . Many of the students are either half Spanish( like me ) or children of foreigners, so it's a pretty mixed bag.

By the way, is it colder in Pakistan? I'd also love to travel when I'm older. And thanks for the "vote of confidence ", maybe I'll try tripping him in the hallway next time, lol!

Thank you very much Cute Ninja! I've put off drawing him for quite a while. LOL Just a bit intimidated by tackling the detail.

The only real trick to shading IMO is don't try to do it all at once. Some draw the picture then shade it. I do three separate shadings. I do hope to fine the time to pull together a tutorial soon though.
