Oh~ I see... then if I'm using AI, there isn't the smudge tool..

Hmm if no smudge tool is present that pretty much
ruins all my other suggestions
You don't have to use guassian blur since that
only blurs it, and gives it a distance...I guess the best option
now is just to get brushes for it.
