I'm not surprised you don't know the image... it's not quite a scan, its resolution is really small, so no one can submit it as a scan. I think it's from some sort of doujinshi *cough*ahentaione*cough* wild guess
I'm glad you like the monochrome style, it's my first wallpaper like that.

It's the first wallpaper featuring a vector, I first practiced a bit on other easy scans, just some outlines and base colors, then i decided to try a harder one (the one of the wallpaper). I'm glad that you enjoyed!
