Why would you offer this to someone who
has not submitted any Shakugan no Shana scans?
The only reason I can think is because you knew that "aspara" was
really shindeta who had just been banned for repeated submission of ripped
wallpapers. You should report members who come back hours after being banned.
You should not entertain people who break the rules because they once posted
some Shana scans, which turned out to be ripped
wallpapers.

submission concerning the "the floaty lady within the Versailles
castle" All I said was it was beautiful. From a historical view, the
building was a terrible reminder to the Nazis because of the treaty forced upon
Germany after WWI. To the Nazis, this was a ugly reminder to the psyche of
Germany. I liked your submission because of the hard work U have done and the
skills U have shown in much of your other submissions
So if the words "Nazis germany" bothered you alittle, I meant no
offense. Personlly, I never seen the Versailles Castle ( France ). It was the
location where the Versailles treaty was signed and Germany was made to pay a
costly price after WWI.
When I saw the "interior" of the castle, it was very nice. The amount
U spent doing the work, then submitting to MT so all viewers may see it. It was
like I was teleported within the room or rooms of the castle.
My thoughts of the history still stand. The Nazis did thought the Versailles
Treaty was an abomination to them. That to make Germany pay for ALL the war
costs was damaging to the psyche of all Germans. Hence the rise of the then
Reichmarks (an example One US dollar=7 trillion reichmarks) by 1929. This was
one of many reasons the Nazis used in going to war against the Allies (WWII ) I
got this info from reading the book titled "The Rise and Fall of the Third
Reich" by William Shirer, a most enjoyable book to read. So if I look
foolish, so be it. At least I enjoy learning some history.

I would love to know how you think anyone is making
money from this? There are scabs out there on the internet who ask for your
money so they can create huge bittorrents that feature hundreds & thousands
of MiniTokyo's scans. They are the ones make money from people who wish to
download scans that are easily available for free.
Where as I have spent an absolute fortune to make it! It costs a lot to purchase
everything & import it, not to mention the hours spent on scanning it all
& then cleaning up every scan. On top of all that I give my friend a large
amount of money every year for her .mac account which then enables me to offer
scans to everyone else FOR FREE.
Everything I've scanned is something that I have bought with my own hard earned
money. That includes the Dogs scans that you have used in our Userpage. I paid a
lot of money to import those books & host the scans, but you get to use them
for free thanks to my bank account. I do not, and never have asked for money off
others! I never will ask for money off others because this is my passion... so
please do not accuse me of making money from others, when you yourself have used
these resources which are available for free.

without their permission so what did they do? They shut them down, sued, etc.
And now the game being played here in America is almost illegal.

It may not seem evident, but I actually draw a lot of fan art. However, most of
them are just sketches, scattered around the floor of my room. Only on occasion,
will I actually draw one that I like enough to color in photoshop. xD And
sometimes if not in photoshop, I'll just color 'em with copic markers. I think I
only have 1 copic drawing in my gallery O_o (still a beginner with
copics)
Anyway, I'm sort of droning on. Thanks for your feedback, I really appreciate

The size for the scan is still fine for me when i would make them bigger it

The swastika is forbidden in germany unless it's meant to teach something (like
in a history classes book) or if it's put into a negative context I suppose (like in
this). That means in many works of japanese mangaka where the swastika is
used for stylistic or artistic reasons it has to be edited out (german Manji is
wearing a blank cross on his back). I personally think Mangaka often use this
and other imagery with cultural and historical background without thinking about
it too much, even going as far as putting it into an uniformed context (that
girl with uniform ).
You can post a warning on your website if you want to but you also have previews
for all the images were it's clearly visible so don't worry too much about
it.
Even though I now have to expect German government to search through my laptop
I think I'll be fine as long as I don't start a public exhibiton with your scans
and like you said if I was seriously worried I'd just delete them.
